When: September 16 -18, 2025 (Trade Show day is September 17, 2025) Where: Kansas Star Event Center - Mulvane, KS Number of exhibiting companies: 80+ Number of attendees expected: 300-325 attendees include but not limited to: primary decision makers, CEOs, CFOs, DONs, Board Members, Purchasing Managers. A pre-registered attendee list will be e-mailed two weeks prior to the event and a final attendee list will be e-mailed within one week after convention.
Vendor Move In: Tuesday, September 16th - 1:30PM – 5:00PM. THIS IS YOUR ONLY OPTION. The trade show will share a space with the opening general session in the arena on Wednesday morning. This is why all booths MUST be setup the evening of the 16th.
Tuesday evening hospitality event: Tuesday, September 16th 6PM- 8PM on the Casino Mezzanine. All vendors and attendees are welcome to join us for networking, hors d’voeuvres and drinks.
Trade Show Hours: Wednesday, September 17th 10:40AM – 1:30PM.
Attendees will move from the opening general session straight to the trade show. There will be no education offerings during trade show hours. Lunch will be provided.
Vendor Kit: Your booth is a 10’X10’ booth. It will have a 6’ draped table and two chairs If you would like additional items in your booth (such as carpet), a rental form will be provided at a later date. Freight Form will be provided at a later date. Booth Install and Dismantle Labor Form will be provided at a later date.
Booth Decorating Contest: Our theme this year is yet to be determined. We encourage you to decorate your booth along with the theme. The winner will receive a half price booth for the 2026 trade show. This will not carry over to future shows. A $272.50 value.
Sponsorship Opportunities: We have a wide range of sponsorship opportunities. More details to come.
Education Offerings: The two representatives attending the Trade Show are welcome to attend ALL EDUCATION offerings at no cost. I only need to know if you need CEs.
