Circles of Wisdom: Integrating Culture Change and Dementia Education for Exceptional Memory Care

July 17, 2025 - Wellsville

Presented by Scott and Susan Averill

In this engaging and fully interactive workshop, participants will explore the power of combining culture change principles with dementia education to enhance the quality of life for our residents with memory care needs. Through meaningful discussions and activities, we’ll examine how fostering a person-centered care environment promotes dignity, respect, and individualized support. Learn practical strategies for creating inclusive communities where staff, residents, and families form a circle of wisdom, sharing knowledge and experiences to meet the highest standards of compassionate care.
