The August 2024 edition of The Long Term Care Survey Manual remains the most current version offered by AHCA and is applicable for regulatory surveys through March 24, 2025.

On January 16, 2025, CMS issued an updated advanced copy of guidance revisions, supplementing the original updates released on November 18, 2024. AHCA is currently reviewing the newly added guidance and will publish an updated version of the LTC Survey Manual once the CMS changes are finalized.
