Event Details

When: September 15–17, 2026
(Trade Show Day: September 16)
Where: Kansas Star Event Center – Mulvane, KS
Exhibitors: 80+ companies
Expected Attendance: 300–325 professionals, including primary decision-makers, CEOs, CFOs, Directors of Nursing, Board Members, and Purchasing Managers.

A pre-registered attendee list will be emailed two weeks prior to the event. A final attendee list will be sent within one week following the convention.

Vendor Move-In

Tuesday, September 15 | 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
This is the only move-in window. The trade show shares space with the Opening General Session on Wednesday morning, so all booths must be fully set up on Tuesday.

Tuesday Evening Celebration & Welcome Event

Awards Ceremony & Dinner - Separate Ticket Item
We invite you to join us Tuesday evening for a special dinner celebrating our 2026 Staff Award Winners.

Welcome Reception - No Additional cost.
Light hors d’oeuvres and drinks will be provided.

Trade Show Hours

Wednesday, September 16 | 11:15 AM – 2:15 PM
No education sessions will take place during trade show hours. Lunch will be provided.

Vendor Booth Information

Each booth includes:

  • 10’ x 10’ space
  • One 6’ draped table
  • Two chairs

Additional rental items (such as carpet), freight forms, and labor forms will be available at a later date.

Booth Decorating Contest

This year’s theme will be announced soon. Exhibitors are encouraged to decorate their booths accordingly.
The winner will receive 50% off a booth for the 2027 trade show (a $272.50 value). This offer applies only to 2027 and will not carry over.

Sponsorship Opportunities

A variety of sponsorship opportunities will be available. More details coming soon.

Education Access

The two representatives included with your booth registration may attend all education sessions at no additional cost.

The room block will open six weeks prior to the event. Registered exhibitors will receive an email notification when reservations become available.
